This product was formulated for ages 4 and up. Shake well before use. Once daily, take up to 30 drops (1 pump*) directly by mouth or as recommended by physician or healthcare professional. Use the following dosage chart to assess dosage:
* 1 Pump = Approximately 2/3 Dropperful = Approximately 30 Drops
Age: 4-8 years - 20 drops (277mg Omega-3s)
Age: 9-13 Years - 25 drops (347mg Omega-3s)
Age: 13+ Years - 30 drops (416 mg Omega-3s)
Per Serving (1 mL): 756 mg Algal oil [416 mg Omega-3s: 400 mg DHA and 4 mg EPA]. Other Ingredients: Organic Olive Oil, Rosemary Extract, Vitamin C Palmitate, Sunflower Lecithin, Sunflower Oil, Mixed Tocopherols, Natural Orange Flavor.
