Restorative adaptogen Ashwagandha has long been used in Ayurvedic medicine to help calm an overstimulated endocrine system, reducing stress and a helpful aid in falling asleep. Preliminary studies have shown that antioxidant mineral Selenium (as SelenoExcell®) has been shown to reduce the experience of postpartum depression and positively impact thyroid modulation in new mothers. Choline (as VitaCholine®) is an essential nutrient for the brain, helping enhance memory and potentially mitigating “mommy brain”.

Ferrochel® Iron (iron bis-glycinate chelate) has been clinically shown to be 2-4 times more bioavailable than iron ferrous sulfate, while being more gentle on and better tolerated by the gastrointestinal system. Because iron is necessary for the production of hemoglobin, it is vital for adequate oxygen flow in the body.

Supplementing with iron after birth helps to replenish iron levels after considerable blood loss. Finally, a probiotic blend to improve gastrointestinal discomfort post-pregnancy, moderate the body’s microbiome, as well as potentially reducing postnatal depression.

Suggested Usage

This product has been formulated for those who have recently given birth and who may or may not be nursing. Take two capsules per day with water. May be taken with or without food. Keep out of reach of children.
