One Step Sperm Concentration Test (2T)

The Wondfo sperm concentration test is a quick test for qualitative detection of sperm concentration in human seed, as an aid in determining the fertility status of a man.

Suggested Usage:

1. Shake the drip tray gently with seeds and allow the sample to stand for at least twenty (20) minutes, but no more than 60 minutes until the seed becomes thin (liquefied before the sample is too thick for the test immediately after ejaculation.
2. Stir the sample gently 10 times in the drip tray with the seed transfer.
3. Unscrew the lid of the solvent bottle. Put 0.1 ml of the sample in the solvent bottle with the seed transfer, avoid bubbles.
4. Screw the lid of the solvent bottle firmly and mix the sample thoroughly. It is recommended to turn the solvent bottle 5-10 times upside down.
5. Leave the solvent bottle standing for 2 minutes.
6. Remove the test cassette from the sealed bag by tearing off the recess and place the test cassette on a flat surface.
7. Unscrew the smaller lid of the solvent bottle and add 2 full drops of the seed sample vertically to the sample fountain of the cassette.
8. Wait 5-10 minutes and read the result. Do not read the results 5 minutes or after 10 minutes.
